Horror movies go hand in hand with metal... just ask Impetigo!!
Here is here you can talk/rant/mock any horror film you want!

Well i'd like to make a little Cheer to the films of Lucio Fulci!
His movies are the fucking best.. they kick all the modern ass shitfilms from todays's arse!!
What I think old movies are better for is that though they didnt have advancd effects made in computer n such, everything looks so much real. The zomies looks really brutal! Not like some computer made bullshit. And many Hails to the music in the his films, often (de)composed by Fablio Frizzi (correct me if the name is wrong spelled)..So anone in here disagree with me?

Nope, but good movies still come out man, you just gotta know where to look!

All films made after 94 in the states suck! Japan hands down destroys all when it comes to Horror films! But I've never been a horror fan.......I'm more into the splatter and gore based films/perversion rather then straight horror movies.

Now I'm off to watch one of the most fucked up films ever made "Man Behind The Sun"

I love Italian zombie and Cannibal films. Gore, splatter, naked chicas whats not to love about horror. I'm also a big fan of Troma films, that shit cracks me up.

Watched a new French Zombie (even though I hate the new breed of fast zombies...zombies must be slow!!! Romero style) 'La Horde' last night. Nice gore and atmosphere.

Oh yeah! Men behind the sun is a really good movie! Sick as fuck too.. and infact, what happends in the film has happend for real! I dont remember eveerything excacly but the Japaneese did this to the chineese during WWII..

Just spent the day watching Syfy originals, a fun day indeed.

Watched Blood Car again last night. Fun low budget movie with one of the coolest lines.


Going to watch "Neighbor" in a few. Hopefully there'll be gore!


Body Melt is awesome. Anything with loads of slime is awesome. Slime City, Street Trash, Draniac, Toxic avenger.

I saw ZOMBI 2 three days ago...for the 10th time, ha ha!!!!! Italian Horror and Giallo is the real fuckibg shit for sure, but i always loved retarded splatter movies like Peter Jackson's "BRAINDEAD" or that crap of "EVIL ALIENS"!!!!!

shit man, man behind the sun is one of my favorite films, i just watched that shit again yesterday!!

i saw a couple of really great gore movies yesterday. one was a 25 min short film called "cutting moments" some really dark fucked up shit man, but REALLY cool. and the next one i saw is by FAR my favorite GORE movies i'm seen to date. its called August Underground. check it out if you can, its part of a trilogy of some serious gore. and yeah people i'm talking GORE..........not horror.

try out "guinea pig: flowers of flesh and blood"...pure gore too!!!

Fulci shined on House by the Cemetery, but D'Amato and Lewis are tops.

Gutterballs is totally lame yet totally awesome! (I hope you got the hardcore unrated version). I didn't enjoy Hanger as much.

Fans of cheesy Zombie horror/comedies should check out Bio Zombie (Hong Kong horror). Cool looking zombies (not enough gore though), completely retarded over acting (in a good way) and some funny lines. A group of survivors fight off a zombie attack in a mall...sound familiar

Fans of Frank Henelotter's Basket case, Brain damage and frankenhooker should check out Bad Biology. Over the top strange/silliness with some nice gore. With one of the greatest opening lines..."I was born with seven clits"

Watched 'Run! Bitch! Run!' earlier today, a 70's styled grindhouse revenge flick done in 2009. wasn't all that bad and had a great
'raped with a machete' scene.

All good movies. The original TCM is one of my all time favorite too (I enjoy TCM2 a lot. Chop-top is one of the coolest horror characters, But besides leatherface and the idea, 2 has nothing to do with the original in tone, feel or atmosphere). They should've stopped there.
same thing with Hellraiser. 1 and 2 where great but it all went down hill from there.

Dead Alive is a gore classic!!! Zombies having sex, a priest who kicks arse for the lord, lawnmower zombie massacre, buckets of gore, perverted uncle, weirdo deformed baby...whats not to love!
Bad Taste is also a great movie and in some ways I like it more than dead alive. It's about time Peter jackson stops being a wanker and makes a nice sleazy gore movie again.

Yeah I fuckin' watched Cutting Moments the other night after seeing it mentioned here. Cool film.
I saw all these comments like 'Oh I had to look away' and shit, so I was expecting more, but meh some people are clearly just pussies.

Taxidermia btw; yeah people fucking HAVE to watch that.
