I have to play advocate here. Five years ago, one had to purchase webspace, or make a shitty free page that did not feed into search engine results or allow PM/IM between members. I agree that deleting pages on the basis of a band's name is too broad an interpretation of a terms of service violation. However, it's bands' responsibility to abide by the terms if they want to have Myspace host their free page - that's why you select the little box when you sign up. Myspace is doing you a favor. An "adult" version of Myspace would be geared toward pornography specifically and would soon be flooded with spam accounts. Not to mention people under 18/21, who don't want to register or lie, could not access your page. If this is such an ongoing problem, it seems the options are to buy your own bandwidth or quit posting pictures of turds and tits.
