One of my favourite bands aswell!!! damn youve got a big collection!! Whats that beavis and butthead EP?
Got everything on computer but in reality I only got:

I never really got into this band. Sniper At The Fag Parade was the only album I liked, and I got tired of it halfway through. I guess I'm too picky.

Well I think many people who arent very much into them are being scared away because of all samples.. but when youve leanred the music by them, theyre like the fucking best ever!

I'm not bothered by the samples, it's just that I've only been caught on to one or two songs by them that I've heard.

they have definitely gotten lame. the early stuff is cult!!!!!!!!

Yeah the last works,culminated with "Give hate a chance" is quite horrible...but the old works are awesome..and I'm particulary affectionated to this band,however!!

@Pelle : the Beavis and Butthead 7" is the split with Butt Auger

who draws all their old 7" and tape covers? they are great, i always liked them

How can people not like their new stuff? Theyre brilliant!

i guess cause most of us are so used to the old style, its hard to get into the new stuff. change is hard, sometimes.

I agree, change can suck sometimes..

but the meat shits change hasn't been so fucking extreme like some other bands.
some of their old stuff do sound like they do today, just that their old stuff is more noisecoreish while their new is more DM.

I have two Meat Shits 7"s both are a great. I had a dubbed tape of Regurgitated Semen but sold it.

There was talk from Robert Deathrage that he was thinking of handing over the Meat Shits to their guitarist(???) Ishmael and he would be the singer. Then he announced a few weeks ago that Meat Shits was done. Haven't heard anything from them since. He's done this once before this year too. I dunno, I've liked all eras of the MxSx, especially around '96 with the Catatonic Existence split cd. I've got dubs of all their early demos and a few 7"s over the years. I know they went DM over the years but I still like 'em

That's bad but I guess that if they have nothing more to contribute they should just stay legends.

But arent they touring now or am I wrong?

They do have a show coming up in January 8th in Richmond, Cali. He recently posted on Myspace saying "Meat Shits is Dead, R.I.P.". but he's posted shit like that before and then turns around and says "Ishmael will be a better singer". i just won't even pay attention anymore. the Meat Shits' glory days are way behind them now
