The new design is messy, you don't find anything. The design is competely different and looks exactly like facebook.. it has NO functions that has made the site better!

You can't make changes if you dont upgrade your profile and it has atumaticlly set my country to "USA" and i can't change it.. fucking asshole...FASCIST!!

I can't understand why Tom Fuckface wanted to do this change? What did he think?

yeah man, once it was all changed i lost passwords for all our profiles. so i have two proctophobic pagess up with material from 3-4 years ago, i tried to make a new one , and i got to the new myspace and wanted to vomit. i hate that fuckin bullshit man.

The new myspace can suck a load of fetid sperm. It has continually gotten worse and worse over the past 2 years but this newest incarnation is the fucking worst. I'm thankful this forum exists and isn't a dysfunctional piece of shit like myspace is. Facebook is stupid too though, even though it's a lot easier in some ways it all looks the same and people are always posting what they ate and what they did like 5 minutes ago as if anybody really cared. There needs to be a site that's like the myspace from 4 years ago where it was just a bulletin board, and tons of bands and hot chicks trying to suck your balls and party all weekend.

btw, That reverbnation site seem pretty cool though.

As nice as it is to have a standardised myspace layout where I don't have to try and search the profile to find information in garishly bright fonts, they've totally went about it the wrong way. It's riddled with bugs and they've totally forced it down everybody's throats. Myspace is pretty fucking dead nowadays.

myspace sucks ass indeed, the only reason i keep it is because we can store loads of band's photos, ha ha ha ha...

If people want those functions, they register on facebook! The reason why people use(d) myspace was because they wanted the myspace-functions.

Exactly! they fucked themselves over that way. Anybody who was loyal to them over facebook before was betrayed so you see where it is now. Totally stupid on their part. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they took down the site entirely next year, so many people have left already.

reverbnation is a big spam machine. the "charts" are soooo inaccurate. new myspace imo.


i am using soundcloud with facebook since i can manage them all with one account on each, instead of making several accounts for each band,project,etc

i made a band camp too, but wasn't really feeling the layout.

oh also forgot about good ol' www.last.fm

Reverbnation kinda sucks for me too... SoundCloud seems steady, and well Facebook is fine for spamming haha

The new facebook groups format is awesome for chat/discussion

I joined some nice groups with daily discussions, people posting videos, free downoads etc. I understand why some people, dont like facebook, but for those who dont care, its great. Plus soundcloud integration to band and label pages is nice.
