right now i find myself listening to alot of DEATH TOLL 80K i have their split 7" w/ archagathus and a split 7" w/ hermann schenker both 7"s rip and i would recomend buying them. DEATH TOLL 80K is hailing from finland and also shares members with new mince band RUST who is also sick

im still a bigger fan of pitched gore though.

Their 7" with G.O.D. is fucking amazing, grab that if you can. Same with the split tape with Hallucinosis, live raw grind on cassette!

Difficult one to answer.
I'd probably say my favorite is Agathocles (or Brutal Truth)

but then I can't forget Rot, Dahmer and I haven't heard a band thing from Archagathus.

Never got into mincecore, not really my thing. Hell, the only Agathocles album I like is Razor Sharp Daggers.

My favorites are tied up with Brutal Truth, Nyctophobic, and Insect Warfare (ya i kno "Insect Trendfare" lololol).

well, in terms of TEH REAL GRIND...

for me its a toss up between Agathocles, Napalm Death (EARLY) and/or Repulsion

Nyctophobic is golden age shit. it sucks that their "Blast From the Past" best of totally rips off the cover art from a sick comp that Noise Squatch put out ages ago, The Tomb of Grind. its got nyctophobic, unholy grave, dahmer, groinchurn, damage digital, etc. definitely worth hunting down a copy!!

I don't really know where to start with Agathocles, to be honest. A friend of mine had to recommend Razor Sharp Daggers to me, and I've been listening to it for 6 or 7 months and I'm STILL having a hard time digging this album. (It might just be the fact that the album is like an hour long, though.)

At first, I checked out the Agathocles album Grindcore if Protest (or something like that, I don't remember) and it really didn't phase me. Actually bored me a bit. Maybe just a bad first impression, I guess.

As for that Tomb of Grind comp, I've got to check that shit out.

As for full lengths, the essentials are Razor Sharp Daggers, Superiority Overdose, and Thanks for Your Hostility, and Mincer. To Serve..To Protect is more like D beat and is also really cool. i never cared much for Black Clouds Determinate or Humarrogance. Theatric Symbolization of Life is a collection of early tracks, also not that great. I haven't heard much of their full lengths since Mincer, what I have from GiP though was a let down.

Repulsion got me into grindcore when I was like 12, lol. Definitely way up there.
